Bought two 6x9 rugs March 2024. I made it clear I wanted something durable and easy to clean as I had pets at home. I was sold two rugs and told how much better and more durable they’d be than the garbage sold online. The first rug was ruined in about a week- I couldn’t get the pet stain out even after using the professional service they recommended. Lechmere is the absolute best. My wife and I had to carpet the stairs of our third floor south you walk up that look like they were designed in a Funhouse mirror with eight different kinds of plywood. Pat helped us find a design that would work and the installers worked miracles to make it look as great as it does. Great value. Great service. Great results.
Lechemere rug were great. Very responsive and quick. They did a great job installing a runner on all our stairs. Would recommend. Very professional and reasonably priced.
Our dog was slipping all over our floor and these guys came through for us on Sunday afternoon with a beautiful 12' runner. Lechmere Rug will be our first choice in the future for any of our rug/carpet needs!
