An excellent place for straightforward procedures. The staff are friendly, reassuring, and highly professional, and I was especially impressed by the anesthesiologist. As I lay on my side, I noticed the clock behind his head while he chatted with me—it was 8:25. The next thing I knew, the nurse smiled and said, “All done, time to go.” I looked up again; the clock read 10:05. That, my friends, is how good these people are.
Staff was excellent and very nice. I waited about 15 mins to be taken back. Procedure was quick and simple. I highly recommend. There was one nurse that was very rude. Didn't get her name but I am sure I am not the first to experience it
Hour and a half wait for a 15 minute procedure. Then was told that I could go to a hospital and wait longer. I rescheduled with another surgery center and pointed out to the front desk that they will not be getting my business. Horrible customer service from the front desk worker. However, her assistant was very nice and trying to get the delay fixed but they seem to be disorganized in the back. Front desk lady needs to be fired. Unacceptable behavior.
My husband loved the nurses . unfortunately my experience with one of the employees DESIRE was very disappointing. She is very ignorant.When I asked for assistance, desire responded with a rude tone and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it negatively impacted my visit. I hope management addresses this issue for other patients .
Front desk lady needs some manners, and not pop gum extremely unprofessional. Felt like asking her anything bothered her. Maybe an additional online course on administration would help her out.
