Absolutely DO NOT HIRE. Quentin Lobin Moreno is a scam artist who has no qualifications as a general contractor based on the shoddy ramshackle fencing he and his crew put up at our home. Boards were falling off within mere days and exposed, sharp wire was left to injure our pets and family. His crew even stuck cigarette butts in the fence post cracks, which I went around pulling out.
