The swimming pool staff demonstrated the highest degree of irresponsibility, lack of education, and unprofessionalism. Despite repeated attempts to bring our child's health issues to their attention, they managed to significantly worsen their condition through their disregard for safety and the absence of lifeguards at their posts. Worst service and worst pool in all of Toronto and the GTA, you pay them money to make fun of you, the manager is a bummer, all the staff act stupid when you ask for the money you pay when the pool is always closed, they always have some kind of problem
