Called before hand to make sure I could get my nails done & I was told yes. I drive 30 minutes to the location only to be told no when I showed up. I had been coming here ever since I moved to Omaha. Will no longer be returning. Completely disregards their customers

I came in today and asked for a basic french tip with chrome. This was my first time coming back in over a year due to just not loving the quality of nails I get for the price, but it also took over 2 hours. I was charged $70 (which isn’t too bad) but the nails were just so bad, and I’m not one to complain. The white is splotchy & see through and some parts of the tip aren’t even painted. The shape was supposed to be oval but my nails genuinely look like claws, and my skin was cut up & there was glue all over my fingers. Eve... read more
