Worst Trash Service I've ever experienced! Called to cancel my service and owner kept insisting that his service was the cheapest in the area even though I'm a property manager currently using a few other companies that cost wayyy less. He was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. It was a poor and expensive experience that I hope no one else has to deal with.

We moved to Dudley, MA in September 2021 and I called both Pratt and Leboeuf about trash services before selecting Leboeuf. When I called Pratt, the rep first put me on hold for 10 minutes and when I asked if we could start with biweekly and then move to weekly in the spring they said no, once you sign a contract with us you are stuck with what you selected. Never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Been a customer for 6 years with Leboeuf. Never really had any problems with them in the past. Called a couple of times when trash wasn’t picked up. The owner is a difficult person to deal with. This last time trash wasn’t picked up called owner was very very confrontational. Seems to be quite the trend with this individual. Too many choices in the area to be spoken to that way.
