How rude! Just called to possibly make a nice hi-light/cut/style, and was abruptly told that he would return my call, got my #. Then he called and hung up before i could answer. Then, I called back, and he said he'd have to call me back. Finally, he got back to me five mins. later. But, with the questions I had concerning my hair, he really didn't help me at All! I came in today to see Sernah for a MAJOR task that I thought could not be completed in one procedure. Well, her & Kim proved me wrong lol they turned my solid black (box colored hair) into a beautiful brownish / caramel ombré. I am so extremely satisfied with my outcome although I thought it was going to turn out WAY worse due to the fact my hair has been box colored so many times before.
