Called to see about getting my oil tank removed after a different company refused to call back after a month. LeBlancs was awesome! Gave me a quote right then and there and the tank was removed a week later. Great service, friendly and professional!
Serviced our boiler, showed up on time, installed new parts. Pleasure to work with, prompt service. Recommending and will definitely call Bruce for any future work.
Just from the brief time spent on the phone i wouldnt do business with him, he doesn't have a part, then he does. He does have a part , then he doesn't. If I actually needed this component urgently id be screwed. I'll go somewhere else
Owner & Installer supposed to provided the 10 year Warranty on Parts and Labour and Material. In reality provided Parts and Labour for 8 of the 10 years. Reneged on final 2 Years Warranty. Whenever Service was required for repairs ...waited for as long as 4- 5 Months during coldest winter months. Advised on several occasions was attempting to sell business.......wonder why could not sell?
