Great people, best oil prices. I have used them several times, and recommended them to friends and family. All of which were also very impressed with them.
We've been using them for years now and I can't complain. They've been reliable for us and have delivered when they say they will. Leblanc's oil prices are competitive, usually lower, and that's pretty much all that matters to me. I live on a busy road and it probably sucks to deliver so, thank you.
Have been using them for years and they have been great and reliable, how ever they changed their policy and no longer bill anymore for oil, and did not mention that so they automatically charged my card a few days later without letting me know. Just sucks if you're someone that needs oil, but may not have the $600 right away to put towards it. Being able to pay it within 30 days was great for bill planning in this hard economy. I was a customer until recently. I was told I needed a new oil tank before getting any oil. Meanwhile, my oil tank was on empty. The customer service woman was extremely unhelpful. She did not offer how I could get an oil tank or pay for one. I have never had to buy an oil tank before so I am ignorant on this subject. Why not work with me? Why not explain things to be? extremely unfortunate.
Called for oil Monday and was told it would be delivered Tuesday. It was not delivered Tuesday so I was left with an empty tank and I called the on call service three times with no response. My husband had to come home from work to put diesel in the tank to get us through the night as we have a baby (which I told the on call service to tell Leblanc) and can’t afford to not have heat.
