From my initial contact with Krystal to schedule an assessment, through the assessment with Cory(owner), and finishing with the work done by Paxton, they were amazing! Very helpful diagnosing my drainage issue. Finding the footing drain pipe and cleaning it out can solve water problems.
We are extremely satisfied with the work that has been done! Corey is so nice and easy to work with. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job. The new walkway (with the piping underneath) looks beautiful.
I will say Corey was very thorough and knowledgeable about the craft, however my experience was poor. I mentioned that I have been quoted egregiously in the past and that I just wanted two small French drains. The quote came back with retaining walls, a walkway, regrading, and more, which totaled over 15,000 dollars. Corey knew that I wanted to spend well less than that, and when he was going over the details with me, I was assuming it would be the most cost efficient option given what I had communicated.
