Terrible experience on several occasions with my 2 young children. After a dental emergency on a weekend (loose, bleeding front teeth after a fall) and not receiving a call back from the on-call doctor, the practice did apologize and seemed regretful. I gave them another chance and continued to be disappointed. I'm not even sure if Dr. LeBlanc saw all my daughter's teeth because he looked into her mouth for less than 1 second. LeBlanc & Associates have taken wonderful care of my 3 children’s oral health for 4 years. They have made referrals for various needs over the years and we’ve always been pleased with the other specialists they refer us to.
