I should’ve listened to the reviews when it came to communicating with Wendy! Beyond rude and extremely passive aggressive when I was trying to get information about starting a policy. Would not recommend this company or dealing with Wendy Russo.
I was looking forward to insuring my vehicle since I was recommended by a family friend. I instantly regretted this decision and quickly started looking at other insurance agencies. Wendy Russo is someone I would not recommend communicating with when trying to insure your vehicle. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
I personally would avoid speaking to Wendy Russo or even considering the company as a whole. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and must’ve been a new agent that has little to no experience.
Can’t speak of others, however my recent interaction with Wendy Russo was extremely dissatisfying. The way she spoke down to me and made me feel unintelligent. I just couldn’t believe her representation of this company. Due to her higher than all attitude I will not return nor recommend this business to others.
“The only thing premium about this experience was the level of frustration. Would not recommend unless you enjoy listening to elevator music and questioning your life choices” Agent was Wendy Russo 10 out of 10 DON’T RECOMMEND!
