I had to write checks to tip them because I rarely have cash. They both said it was not necessary. I told them I wanted to show my appreciation for how great they were.
The showroom was great lots to choose from, clean and aesthetically enjoyable. Mason listened to my requirements for a new mattress and produced three good choices to pick from. He was knowledgeable and personable. I have recommended on my Facebook page as well. Happy customer❤️
I'm so excited to have my new king bed set from Lebeda! My first adjustable base is heavenly! My only regret is that I haven't purchased one sooner. I got a solid night's sleep for the first time in quite a while . Mason is our go-to guy from this time on. He's knowledgable, thorough, and not aggresive . He's just a great guy to work with. Jesse and Logan did a marvelous job with delivery and set-up. We couldn't be happier with this team as a whole, and I would highly recommend them!
Great customer service! My 81 yo mom purchased a bed, but after a couple weeks realized that it wasn't working for her. Mason listened to her report and suggested a different style of mattress, and took care of all the paperwork for the exchange.
