Mason, the store manager, hooked us up with everything we wanted and accommodated our timeline so that our bedroom "redo" fell into place seamlessly! When it came time for our bed to arrive, Logan and Jessie, the delivery team, went above and beyond duty!!! They both were so professional and friendly. They even put the protective carpet casters under the bedframe wheels for me!!! LEBEDA Mattress Factory is the best!!!
I called the West Des Moines store on Wednesday and still have not gotten a return call and it’s Sunday. I buy my mattresses from Lebeda and have not had a problem until now. I bought the mattress around 4 years ago and thought it would last longer than it has. I have referred several people over the years and would still like to do that if I can get my mattress problem resolved. Mason was very helpful! Low pressure but extremely helpful! We can’t wait to get our new mattress delivered this week!
