I always appreciate a business that politely refuses unnecessary services. Arrived an hour early for my appointment (booked online) and 20 minutes later an employee braves the drizzel to inspect my windscreen chip from Rt-389. Sends out another employee into the rain to double check and assure me repair was not necessary. The spoke better English than my French, but we got the point accross politely enough and my dog got a chin scratch out of it. Thanks Lebeau...
