Doctor didn't show up for my appointment, i lost wages taking the time off - they would charge me $50 if i didn't show but the doctor doesn't show they tell me oh well. Then when i did get a visit with him they double charge me for the office call and it impossible to fight with the insurance company and the office manager said oh well so i'm out $160 out of pocket after my insurance paid for the visit.
I have been a patient of LeBauer Healthcare for awhile now, Dr. Yoo being my primary. The caring and patience you receive from the minute you walk in the facility until the time you walk out is spectacular. The nurses and doctors are wonderful and understanding when it comes to patients. They are willing to fit you in whenever needed and have always been there for me when I have had a problem. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. Thanks LeBauer :)
The personnel in the back are ignorant, curt, and almost rude. Dr. Yoo and Ellison need training is socialization skills and anger management.
