I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY YAMAHA TO GET REPAIRED AND DROPPED IT OFF THE DAY BEFORE. I EXPLAINED IN DEPTH WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IN TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER ASKING AGAIN WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. AGAIN I EXPLAINED THE CONDITION AND DUPLICATED THE PROBLEM FOR HIM. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A PHONE CALL AGAIN SAYING THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. I WENT THERE LATER THAT EVENING AND WAS TOLD THE BIKE IS BACK TOGATHER AND THEY WOULD HAVE THE BILL READY IN 5 MINUTES.
