awful customer service and very indirect when trying to ask questions. we moved recently and had to go online to cancel service, no big deal. did that and got mailed the wrong bill and now there’s an overdue fee. just ridiculous.
Good luck getting a refund from them. They are all over charging you when you are late but not concerned about repaying you in a timely manner.
Idk if their system is messed up but 2 times I go in and I'm told it's like 20 or 30 dollars more check your emails
