5 Stars – Amazing Service! Micaela at the front desk was awesome! She was super friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. She answered all my questions and made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about the people here. She’s a total superstar and makes the YMCA a great place to visit!
Over charge you even when you got financial assistant then lie about refunds
Management gone and passing the buck to others while not communicating because they either don't show, leave early, don't communicate and play favorites. Fees charged after canceled to make extra money because they can't even uphold their end of things. Pool down due to poor maintenance often. All in all, horrible communication. I feel bad for the front desk getting the brunt of it all.
My daughter (9) is taking swimming lessons there. I was told I could not be in the pool area during it. When we signed up, they specifically said ONE parent would be allowed in there with them. They then said, well the rules changed. The lifeguard was very rude. Said well other parents have no problem doing it. I looked at her and said, well I'm not other parents and i will not be leaving my underage daughter in here without myself or a grandparent present.
