Regrettably, my recent experience at this dental clinic was unsatisfactory. I had scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and a dental examination due to a toothache and a chipped tooth. Upon arrival, I was only scheduled for X-rays. Despite the inability to perform the cleaning, I proceeded with the X-rays. The radiographer consistently performed the X-rays on the incorrect side of my mouth. I had to inform her twice after the fact.
