They were supposed to fix our washer but didn't fix it but already got paid by credit card day's before they came to look at it and said they would try to come back Saturday or maybe sooner called another appliance repair company and they said these people are scamming people in different locations idk if it's true or not just by hearing but won't go through them again

Absolutely abysmal service. I told them up front that my washer was covered under a 10 year warranty. They missed their scheduled window to come and service my washing machine and didnt even call until I called them. Rescheduled the appointment and they missed that one too. Once they finally came and diagnosed the issue, I told the tech I wanted a quote for the repair. Was told it would take a few days to write up.
