My cat was dying and was turned away just because i moved here from iowa and didnt mattrt
Not thrilled at with the office lady. With the white hair and pony tail. Not nice at all. Her customer service is horrible. The way she talked to the young lady that was helping and learning was not appropriate at all. There was no reason for her to be little the young lady. If she took the time and read things she'd be more prepared to answer the questions. Her attitude stinks. Not sure if I'll return back or not. Then worried about a few cents. Is unbelievable. Great experience. They were awesome with my dog and explained everything to me. Very nice staff and love bringing my dog here.
