They are making me wait one week and 5 day for a bike to be made this is taking day and I’m tired of waiting they just closed and now I have to wait another day
This location is horrible!! Hardships happen and they REFUSE to understand and work with you. They constantly harass, make threats and then blame the company itself. But the Appleton location was not like this at all. When people are already going through struggles, they don’t need to be harassed and threatened to the point of breaking down mentally. The staff at this location definitely lack any type of empathy. Please be aware!!
