I agree with the low grade reviews on this practice. We used to be a patient of DR. Horton for over 20 yrs but we finally had it with the practice & moved. It is now more about arguing with patients & being really in your face than actually recognising that this is medical practice; how about a little care, listening. & understanding!!!! Same with Jihn Horton 👎👎👎👎
Let's start with the stuff that's going to apply to everybody: you will wait. You will wait an absurd amount of time even if there are no other patients in front of you. Sorry, but this is how it is at Leawood Family Care. Be prepared to wait at minimum 45 minutes if there's nobody in front of you--two hours if a normal crowd is in line.
