Leawood At State Line is HORRIBLE THIS PLACE SUCKS BEYOND BELIEF- do not live here! Old outdated and horrible new management. I believe they discriminate first and foremost and the ladies in the office do whatever they feel like. They are charging outrageous prices for this dump!
HORRIBLE RIP OFF 1. Staff is always rude and not helpful. If something breaks, it's YOUR FAULT. 2. Windows leak and when it rains, you will get water in your apartment. When it's cold, you windows and doors will frost over. Management says it's YOUR FAULT. 3. Mold near windows due to rain/ snow. Management says it's YOUR FAULT. 4. Poor insulation, 1br 1ba apartment electric bill will be on average $250. Ask management for help insulating or getting a better thermostat and they'll say no because it's YOUR FAULT. 5.
