Took my credit card number and scheduled an appointment. When they didn't show I called-Turned out they don't repair the brand dishwasher i have. Told me they called me earlier but no call on my phone log. Why didn't they tell me when they booked the appointment that they didn't work on Bosch dishwashers. So day wasted. Now its Friday at 4pm- and no repair.
I highly recommend. They fixed the oven in a short time and at a fair/ reasonable amount.
Charged me to make an appointment, they canceled the appointment because they don't have a qualified technician, but they didn't bother to call and let me know. I had to call twice to find that out. Now I have to wait to get my money back, who knows how long that will take.
I would highly suggest using Leawood Appliance Repair for any appliance repair or appliance maintenace you may need. They also do HVAC. I had them in the past for my noisy washer, which until now I am able to run without any issue. I called again just last month for HVAC maintenace. Everyone is always friendly, professional and prices were competitive.
They were quick to send a person out. Overall they were pleasant and honest.
