Beware! Billing practices questionable. They billed my last annual exams as a “follow up” and made me pay for it out of pocket, refusing to bill my insurance. I made an ANNUAL appointment after my annual last year. Showed up and was informed Holly was no longer working there and I wasn’t notified to reschedule.
