Went in to get medicine for uti and the doctor stepped out to go to a meeting if I would have know a doctor wasn’t even available I would’ve not stayed. Why do you accept patients if you don’t even have a doctor available. Sitting in a room for a doctor that’s not even available. I came here for express care since you have to go in to get medication.
I'm so grateful that we have an urgent care specifically for women. I've been various times during pregnancy, for infections, and random symptoms. They are pretty fast and since Leavitt is my OBGYN I like that the offices have connected communication. Some of the PAs I've liked better than others, but I always get the help that I need. Definitely the place to go for all women urgent care needs
If I could do zero stars I would. What a train wreck my experience was today in every single way. 1. I waited 40 minutes in my room when I was told “there is only one other patient here- you will be in and out” 2. I had to almost fight to get an IUD. The provider would not give me one since I’m not on my period because I “might” be pregnant even after a negative pregnancy test and my husband had a vasectomy. 3. While I love the convenience of just being able to walk in and get an exam, the P.A. I saw treated me like I'm an idiot and I didn't appreciate that. The bigger issue, however, was the last time my daughter was seen here and the totally wrong medication was called in for her. The pharmacy called them to tell them it was wrong and a clueless (nurse?...I don't know what she is) told them it was fine to use it anyway.
