If I could do zero stars I would. What a train wreck my experience was today in every single way. 1. I waited 40 minutes in my room when I was told “there is only one other patient here- you will be in and out” 2. I had to almost fight to get an IUD. The provider would not give me one since I’m not on my period because I “might” be pregnant even after a negative pregnancy test and my husband had a vasectomy. 3. While I love the convenience of just being able to walk in and get an exam, the P.A. I saw treated me like I'm an idiot and I didn't appreciate that. The bigger issue, however, was the last time my daughter was seen here and the totally wrong medication was called in for her. The pharmacy called them to tell them it was wrong and a clueless (nurse?...I don't know what she is) told them it was fine to use it anyway. I called them and they told me the same thing, which led to at least 3 more calls to the main office to try and... read more

I felt like a guinea pig patient today. I’m very bummed because I was so excited about the ease of an express clinic but I will not be back or recommending to others.
