Very incompetent and rude provider. They also don’t have an ultrasound machine.
Had a couple encounters over the phone regarding test results where I’d be promised a same day call back but then heard nothing for 3-4 days even though my results were in on the portal…. I hate to be a nuisance since I know how busy they are, but these encounters especially felt like I was treated as such an inconvenience to the certain staff member. So I'm usually not negative and I'm not mad but I'm 34 weeks pregnant and this is my second baby and I'm just I've been in the labor and delivery several times because I have been hurting contractions and Braxton Hicks okay don't give me wrong OBGYNs no best but when it comes to when you're in severe pain and nobody else feels it and is doing all this test everything and they just send you home and then you go back into pain and you are hurting so bad I'm just going to wait till my water breaks if I'm having any more contrac... read more
I’m a long time patient of Dr Leavitt’s and have had nothing but great experiences at his main office. This past week was my first time visiting Leavitt’s express care. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. The nurse that brought me back was quick, professional, and friendly. The provider that I saw for my appointment was Natalie and I can not emphasize enough how thoroughly impressed I was with her. Dr jacobs was amazing during my pregnancy up untill post partom came. I went in multiple times for pain in my side, met with the pa's & also talked to dr leavitt himself. I was told i was drug seeking & treated horribly. All my symptoms were dismissed. Didnt even take time to run any tests. Not sure why they profiled me so bad maybe cause I have tats? Who knows. When I got a second opion I actually had kidney stones that were not passing. Wouldnt recommend ever.
