Alan was my trainer, and he was very thorough in covering all the details. He answered every question and was patient with all the trainees. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The instructors are very good , especially the guy for telehandler. I have had a positive experience with training on the machinery with the instructors.However the administrative is horrible. It seems like every time I get recertified every 3 years.I have to go through the same fiasco of trying to track down my certificate. My company office says that the Levitt administrative office can no longer send certificates directly to the office.The ones who booked the appointment. Complete training from start to end
I was honestly very stressed about attending an 8-hour class and worried about studying and passing the exam. But Graham Hallen Beck made everything so easy and enjoyable. He explained everything in a simple way that made it easy to understand and remember. He was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable, almost like we were learning from a friend rather than just a trainer. I actually wished the class could have been even longer!
