Outstanding customer service. Erin always makes coordinating training so smooth. She goes above and beyond to assist and is very accommodating with any changes that need to be made. Reliable and very knowledgeable instructors that make the class interactive for the workers. Our workers always have positive comments after their training.

Their service department is strong, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in supporting customers the right way. The rental fleet is well maintained with a solid selection of equipment to meet a wide range of needs. This is a branch that reflects professionalism, capability, and pride in what they do every day.
I had such a great experience with Leavitt Training London! Big thanks to Erin Birtwistle for being so helpful and guiding me through the registration process, it was super easy with her support. Also, huge thanks to Instructor Chris Reinmveller for the clear instruction and awesome advice. I really learned a lot and felt confident throughout the training.
Renewed my forklift license with Greg today. Great dude very safety oriented. Very laid back is his approach while still driving the points home. Also very knowledgeable on questions asked. If you need training or renewing your license he’s your guy.
I do not recommend this service. The advertising is misleading. I contacted them via email, and they offered me something they later failed to deliver. It seems they are only interested in selling certifications, not in genuinely teaching. If your goal is to learn, do not choose this option. I have been waiting for a response since April, but I haven't heard back from them.
