Called the Calgary location to rent a glass handler. I was told the department was busy, so they took my contact information and said someone would call me back. I provided my information three separate times, and no one ever returned my calls. On my fourth attempt, I finally got through to the front desk and was connected with a sales rep. The rep hung up right after I said hello. After this experience, I won’t be calling them again. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I got my Skid steer training today and was thankful to my trainer “Robert”, was patiently and very detailed in all things. Very professional and masters his craft specially safety and teaching.
Ken gave great, In depth information and useful techniques, strongly recommend giving this company a shot at training your guys.
