Leavitt will have smooth talking sales people that will sell you equipment. But then if you need service they will not come out. Even if their new equipment gets delivered malfunctioning, they still won't even come out and service it after you spend $20-30,000 buying brand new equipment. They want a $1000 held basically as a retainer at all times just to service the equipment they sell you for 10's of thousands of dollars. They mostly sell off brand equipment brands. Attended forklift training at the Tukwila location. The staff was welcoming, the training was thorough and concise and our trainer was friendly and engaging! Great experience overall, thank you for getting the Shuttle team trained up!
First of all when it comes to service techs Joey Bentcik is outstanding in the field. I've never seen a mechanic take more pride in there work than this guy.from safety inspection to proper maintenance of my equipment I trust Joey with it all.
