We had a breakdown with our forklift and it was blocking a bay in our shop. Of course everyone is busy and shorthanded. I understand. I was told that tech could come down tomorrow. I told lady our situation and that if there was a chance he could come today, that would be better. Of course everyone wants it done right away. I didnt expect that.
