Oddly rude for no reason. Even after stating we would like to use their services the lady that answered the phone was wildly rude and unprofessional. Was like she was pissed off about getting business or something. It was only like a 3 minute call. Maybe she was having a bad morning or didn't take her meds but we won't be using their services, rudeness was off-putting.
Very rude attitude and extremely aggressive tone. This woman answered the phone as if she had just finished arguing with someone, sounding vicious and harsh when she spoke. Is there something wrong with her? Does she have some kind of psychological problem? She seems like the type of person who loves to argue with everyone. I was very intimidated about calling an attorney’s office but Kayla was so welcoming and helpful. She provided me great information and resources that I needed and never made me feel uncomfortable. Every company should have someone like Kayla!
