Leavitts Earthworks was hired to pull all stumps from my yard, level it, then bring in screened loam for us to seed for grass. I was quoted a price and it would take two and a half days, three tops. That was in October. I followed up for a date in November and was told because it was warm they had paving jobs to do. I followed up again in December and finally got a date. Leavitt Earthworks did the excavation at my property for a house build, and took way more of the loam/ top soil than what was needed. When they(Leavitt Earthworks) brought loam back for the lawn, it was a mixture of loam and gravel with small rocks. I would never hire them to do any more work at my property.
