We had an amazing time snowmobiling. We did the two hour tour with two people on one snowmobile and we booked online through the company’s website without issue. Our tour guide was awesome! She made sure everyone would have a great time and even made a few changes to ensure some people with more experience found the ride enjoyable as well. Easily the highlight of our trip; make sure to actually watch the video because you’re driving heavy snowmobiles. They offer insulated suits as part of the tours, but bring your own gloves and goggles if you have them.
I’ve never been snowmobiling and I’d say it was 100% worth the investment. Such beautiful views and smooth rides. Evan was our tour guide, he was so nice and very clear on instructions. He made the tour very comforting and smooth.
واحدة من اجمل التجارب الجديدة، للامانة كنت متخوف خصوصاً بعد مشاهدة الفيديو التعريفي وايضاً إخلاء المسؤولية كان يحتوي على بنود كثير! لكن اتضح ان القيادة سهلة جداً جداً، طبعاً اخذت التذكرة اونلاين "جولة لمدة ساعة مع مرشد" ولما وصلت "موقع اخر يجيك بايميل التذكرة" مباشرة دفعت وديعة ٥٠٠$ "رجعت مباشرة بنفس اليوم" واتجهت مع المرشد لتوضيح بعض التفاصيل ثم انطلقنا في رحلة لا تنسى❄️🤍🤍
Used to be a good company. Now customer service is 0. Tried to reach over phone, message or voicemail for 3 days. No responses after the initial message exchange. Told me that they have a sled for Saturday which online wouldn’t let you book and no way to speak to a real person. Unless the attitude to the customer service changes, dealing with this company is no more than pure frustration.
