I used the storage because I had some valuables that couldn't stay in the care while I was backpacking. The price is set for monthly rates. It was worth it to have the piece of mind that my stuff was safe. You'll need to bring your own lock and let them know about an hour or 2 before going in. The process is all online and it's simple. I also received assistance over the phone from Emily and she was great!
Mice entered my unit within a week of moving my stuff in and have destroyed 1/4 of my things that are stored here. I have traps set and 0 food in my unit but cannot seem to rid them. Management allowed me to set traps but basically just said “we’ve never heard of mice in our units before”. There’s gaps in the ceiling/walls I had to fill with foam, the ceiling boards are molding :/
