We stayed at 7th Heaven Condo and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. The condo was not clean when we arrived for our recent holiday vacation. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed, the carpet was very stained and needed replaced. The counters, mirrors and master shower had not been wiped down. My family and I stayed at one Leavenworth Getaways properties just outside of Leavenworth. We found that the property was not as described, especially concerning the number and types of beds provided. We tried to work with Leavenworth Getaways to resolve the issue over the king bed and other complaints. The travel company uses a third party company to resolved complaints. I used this company to book my stay for this Christmas 2018. They booked it to myself and another customer. We drove 5 hours to find out that we had no place to stay. This company said sorry and left us out in the cold with no where to go. Bill May is the contact I spoke to with NO compassion that they just ruined our Christmas. We are out thousands of dollars. We have filed fraud against them and will file a lawsuit if they don’t take care of the money we are out. We booked this over 3 months in advance. DON’T USE THEM EVER... read more
