I had Mike out for a megger test. He did not perform the test but went on to tell me how he could fix what he thought it needed. He had me send him the money before he would come out, then he went on to tell me what I needed and gave me and estimate of what it would cost. I told him that I did not want an estimate but for him to perform the task I hired him for to megger the walls. I called Beckstad Electric and they did it for a fraction of what Mike had charged and kept of my deposit.
