Realized that my car needed winter tires instead of the all weather tires that they came with. I called right away and spoke with the Service Manager Chris. He made sure I got in right away and got the work done. He seemed like he genuinely cared about providing a great service and making sure that I was safe driving my car this winter. The whole team that took care of me were so friendly and professional.
We had very good customer service from all members of the Volvo team. Thank you to Ali, our sales consultant, Max, the General sales manager, Fiza, the business manager. These individuals are very knowledgeable, professional and provide superb customer support. All other staff that we encountered were very welcoming and helpful, a well run team!
