They sent me the new shipping label, we returned the boots and they immediately sent us an exchange! Aside from having to fight for a shipping label, the whole process was seamless. Customer service is a joke for a "premium" brand. Helmets are poorly fitting and uncomfortable, size charts mean nothing. Not an ounce of help from cs. Already bought better quality equipment at great prices from their competitors.
