Amazing support from the Leatt team! The warranty replacement itself was handled smoothly, but local customs made the process very difficult. Lakin Helwig was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout — always staying in touch until everything was resolved. Couldn’t ask for better service — thank you, Lakin!
Had some issues. Their shoes are not accurate to size. They wear about a half size small. They didn’t have a bigger size for me to go to. Went to return and they don’t provide a return label. In the end, I paid to have 2-day shipping that was 4-days and had to pay $30 to ship the shoes back. Very disappointed in my experience with Leatt. Won’t be doing business with them again.
Do not come here, no 3-5pick. up time, only 6pm just wasted whole day of log book
They sent me the new shipping label, we returned the boots and they immediately sent us an exchange! Aside from having to fight for a shipping label, the whole process was seamless. Plus they over lighted the boots, just in time for the track! Thanks Leatt for making it right!
