I’m very grateful to say that when we called in with a leaking front faucet, the technicians got here in a timely manner, took their time, and did their work very very well!! Due to the location of the leak, a small hole had to be cut in the Sheetrock in my bedroom closet to enable repair. Not only did they fix the leak, they carefully repatched the hole they best they could, and that really speaks volumes to me about their care for their customers.
