Great place to get away. Park here and hit the trail to angel falls or up to the grand gap loop. You'll need to cross the main road and go down the stairs to get to the other side. Bridges across the water are permanently out due to recurring wash outs. When we hiked in March 25, there were trees down on the trail. I've heard the trail has been cleared. It's not a difficult trail, but you need to be able to hop some minor creeks, and around and under some logs, but quite manageable if moderately fit. There are camp sites alo... read more
Special Place to hop out of your vehicle every time you're passing through the area. Fantastic long or short leg stretchers here, or just stroll down to this old ford bridge and watch and listen to the river flow..........

A beautiful place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Various trails and overlooks. Stunning .
