I ordered a leather jacket for my son after taking his exact measurements and then using the leatherup sizing chart to select the appropriate size. The jacket they sent me was several sizes too small but I know from previous riding gear orders that size charts can be a little off. No big deal if the return/exchange process works as advertised. Stay away from these crooks! They might have some good products but heaven forbid you need to return anything. Days pass while they figure out how to respond to emails. Months are passing and they still refuse to refund money for product that was sent to them. CROOKS

Order placed on Thursday, 9/17, said to arrive on Tuesday, 9/22. No big deal, right? Apparently it is. I checked back numerous times for the shipping status, but it never changed from 'preparing order'. Only after a call from Walmart Customer Service are they saying that it is delayed, for what reason I don't know, because it was clearly in stock. Lazy company, I think. I needed it for a ride on Wednesday, 9/23 (today), and guess what isn't in the mail? The helmet. I need it for a ride on Friday 9/25, but I doubt that'll hap... read more

Bad business practices for online shoppers. Ordered 7/5/19, money collected 7/5/19, email confirm 7/6/19, shipping email 7/8/19 AM, out of stock email 7/8/19 8:11 PM. I responded 8:18 PM to cancel the whole order than - no response yet. The matching jacket from this order of the suddenly "out of stock" matching pants was shipped after 10 PM. Is this some sick joke? It took them three day to figure out they don't have the false advertised pants in stock in today's 21st century's digital age.
