I rarely ever write reviews on here - but I have to today. My Husband and I own and operate a farm, and also run a direct to consumer meat business that now ships to Americans NATIONWIDE. The only way this practice will treat you well is if you have a fancy horse and state of the art barn. They are condescending, dismissive and talk crap about you to other clients. Dr. Rachel has been downright cruel to me on several occasions. They know that they're the only game in town, so what is a horse owner to do in case of emergency? And, they know very little about goats and sheep, misdiagnosed two of my best goats which thankfully didn't end in death because I was able to get them to someone down state.
Wanted to thank Dr. Amy & assistant, Emily(forgive me if name is incorrect) for the calm & reassuring care they gave my mare Grace, who had been cast in her stall. Grace is still very sore. Opened stall door allowing her to go out & she willingly went out on her own. Appreciate you, Patty Trask
My horses could not be treated any better!!!!
