We had a great experience! Gail knew her stuff and was so kind and personable! She took us through the whole process, showing us around the store and explaining everything we needed. She made sure we understood what leather would work best with our couch and really did a good job of explaining why quality matters. She was able to answer all our questions very knowledgeably. 5/16/24 We have bought a number of things from Leathers over the years and all have been of excellent quality at a fair price. Corbin, Mitch and others at Leathers have always been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I did want to advise of a recent interaction we had with them. Almost 10 years ago we bought a "Legacy" Brand Leather Couch. Just before Christmas 2023 one of the three Coil Spring Unit cushions had a total melt down!
