Repaired a scratch on my 2022 Volkswagen’s steering wheel and made it like new! Would highly recommend!
Excellent craftsmenship!! The torn patch was caused by an adhesive-mounted cell phone holder falling off and taking a part of the dashboard upholstery. The patch is 2X3 inches at longest and widest. Jim responded quickly to my request with a reasonable price. Said he could get it patched up and it'll be about 90% good. When all said and done, looks to me like it's 100% good! I am the owner, if a customer's correspondence does not get answered they usually follow up with a text or a phone call. We get multiple calls a day,some while we are working. Unfortunately a few may fall through the cracks.
No response at all to my text message with photos of the damage which was requested by the owner of the business. Not professional at all.
