Lovely staff in this entire office. Everyone is very warm, welcoming and helpful. I find the dentists are highly knowledgeable in explaining treatment plans and are honest in their opinion about everything! I had a wonderful cleaning with a hygienist names Zoily, she was very gentle and thorough! My current dentist is a male named Elias Fahed who also does Invisalign and Botox for TMJ! But every dentist here is skillful and experienced. I feel I am in excellent hands every time I come to Leaside Dentistry.
Donna. What can I say. She’s amazing. And she’s not even the dentist I think she’s the office manager or customer care person! I have a tooth issue I am dealing with - while away from home - and she spent so much time on the phone with me (multiple calls I made in a panic), coordinating with care in Muskoka, answering all my questions, squeezing me in to come home and get care at Leaside Dentistry, setting up appointments in future “just in case”, accommodating my crazy schedule and all the while reassuring me all would be f... read more
The dentists and hygienists are nice the receptionists especially the one with the name that starts with M is very disrespectful none of them do their job properly at this point u can put a robot at the front desk and they can do a better job then whatever the hell they’re doing.
The receptionist Mercedes is completely disrespectful her attitude is as if she’s paying she’s judgemental has severe attitude problems and overall is a horrible receptionist I don’t have an issue with anyone but her she needs to go she can’t even do her job right
I cannot say enough good things about Leaside Dentistry and Dr. Shaunna Hamat. Following several months of issues with another dentist, Dr. Shaunna listened to my case with great care and understanding. She then went on to fix the issues with incredible detail and super clear communication –the perfect combination of generosity and expertise. I feel in excellent hands at this clinic, and I am very grateful. Highly recommend!
