I was a tenant & Leased & Sold were the agency with whom we communicated. The team at Leased & Sold, in particularly Riccardo, we're excellent & professional at all times. They were supportive with entry & exit checks.
We are tenants and Emily Buccella oversees the property we are renting. On a few occasions we had things around the house that needed fixing, and Emily has always addressed these issues in a timely manner, and always ensured effective communication by keeping us informed with the progress of our requests and work that must be done. Not only is her service professional , she is always friendly and easy to chat to. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Emily!
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I AM A TENANT at one of the commercial properties they lease in Epping. Our personal circumstances have changed as we were victims of crime earlier this year. I requested for a lease transfer and brought my own tenants in to take over the lease since November and they have never updated me, their holiday is on the 23rd of December - 9th of January. This time has stalled and we have stayed in the warehouse for longer than necessary due to their lack of initiative and unreasonable timeframes... read more
I would like to pass my gratitude to Riccardo Maurizi. I was a tenant under one of he's property he managed for almost 4 years. After coming onboard initially unhappy with our original manager - the care and professionalism and attention to detail of Mr Maurizi gave my family and I safe environment to live in. Mr Maurizi is a property manager that should be emulated and a example that clients should look for. Thank you once again Riccardo and all the best !
