Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I was given inaccurate information regarding a refund that was extremely time sensitive. It has now out me in a horrible position waiting for our funds to be released to us. I was told that a refund was processed Friday the day after Thanksgiving, and that didn't actually happen. After escalating the issue up the chain of command I was informed that the refund was actually processed today, tuesday December 2nd and will now have to wait another 5 days plus the weekend to get my mo... read more
Receive something in the mail and called because I was curious, the lady I was connected with was so condescending and rude for absolutely no reason when I started asking simple questions
I continue to get letters in the mail from this company. I can not express to you enough in words how much I HATE getting junk like this in the mail. Its predatory and it needs to end.
