Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The women was rude as hell. Her name was Jennifer.
My family and I purchased a Ford Taurus and their company was the finance company. We were illegally told we will have to purchase an extended warranty at $3200 for this vehicle for them to finance the loan. They we were then told this was a lease and their would be a rather large balloon payment to purchase the vehicle. When we called, we were told to talk to the "dealership" who is out of business.
